As Data Controller, Corderie Dor is committed to respecting your right to privacy when you use our digital media (such as our website, our pages on social networks or any online form...) and when you correspond by email with us.
The purpose of this Privacy and Cookie Policy is to inform you how Corderie Dor, a company incorporated under French law, with its head office at: 7 Avenue de Saint Menet, 13011 Marseille (“Corderie Dor”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, stores, uses and processes Personal Data (“Personal Data”) about you and which is provided via the website www.corderiedor.com operated by Corderie Dor (the “Site”).
1. What type of Personal Data do we collect?
We collect your Personal Data only for the purposes set out in Section 3 and each time you use one of the features or services offered by the Site. The categories and volume of Personal Data collected for the use of functionalities and services are subject to update and evolve as our services and activities change.

- When you use the QR code displayed on the Corderie Dor catalog: we will use your Personal Data to send you more information on products covered by the QR Code or a similar application or on other products;
We may use the combined information and/or demographic information described above for our internal marketing and demographic studies and for the purposes of constantly improving, customizing, and adapting the products and services we provide to you to better meet your needs.
Manage and follow up your requests and comments via our “Contact us” form: in particular in the context of the execution of a contract.
We will ensure that your Personal Data remains accurate and up to date or must be completed with additional information that you have provided. We will also try to avoid duplication in our database by verifying each of your interactions with us and/or with our affiliates and by verifying whether your Personal Data concerning you is still accurate or if it needs to be supplemented or updated with the additional information you have provided.

4. What happens if you refuse to provide us with your Personal Data?

However, you are not required to provide us with your Personal Data to browse our Site and find out about Corderie Dor and our products.

We may also keep your Personal Data to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to obtain the execution of our contracts.
We may thus be required to keep Personal Data concerning you after you have stopped using Corderie Dor's services or our Site, in accordance with legal requirements.
7. How do we secure your Personal Data?
Corderie Dor will take all the technical and organizational measures necessary to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data collected via the Site. These measures include, but are not limited to: storing your Personal Data in secure operating environments that are not accessible to the public and that are only accessible to authorized Corderie Dor staff members and to our agents and contractors.
8. What are your rights?
- If your Personal Data has been processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the consent given prior to the withdrawal.
- You can request access to your Personal Data.
- You can ask to rectify your Personal Data if it is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date.
- You can request that your Personal Data be deleted as soon as: (i) the Personal Data concerning you is no longer necessary for the purpose of data processing, (ii) you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of data based exclusively on said consent, (iii) you have contested the data processing, (iv) the processing of your Personal Data is illegal, (v) the Personal Data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation applicable to Corderie Dor.
- You can request the restriction of processing: (i) in case of contestation of the accuracy of your Personal Data, (ii) in order to allow us to verify this accuracy, (ii) if you wish to restrict your Personal Data rather than delete it in the event of unlawful processing, (iii) if you want Corderie Dor to keep the Personal Data concerning you because you need it to ensure your defense in the context of legal action, (iv) in the case where you have contested the treatment but where Corderie Dor leads an investigation to verify whether it has legitimate grounds for carrying out such processing that would be likely to prevail over your own rights, if the processing is based on the legitimate interests of Corderie Dor.
- You will always have the choice not to provide us with your Personal Data. In this case, you may be limited in the activities and features that we will be able to provide.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, at any time, for direct marketing purposes, for marketing purposes based on profiling or if the data processing is based on the legitimate interest of Corderie Dor (unless we can justify the existence of a legal obligation).
- You also have the right to give general and specific instructions on the fate of your Personal Data after your death.
